2jay Terms & Conditions
— The Rules That Govern Your Account

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") are entered into between you (hereinafter "User", "Member", "Player" or "you") and 2jay (hereinafter "2jay", "we", "us" or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 2jay.bid. These Terms govern all aspects of your registration, access and use of 2jay's services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional offers and financial transactions conducted on or through the Platform.

By creating a 2jay account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, claiming any bonus or engaging with any game or betting market offered by 2jay, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1  These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and 2jay. By proceeding past the registration page, depositing funds or placing any wager on the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full.

2.2  If you are acting on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you agree to be responsible on behalf of such party.

2.3  These Terms should be read alongside the 2jay Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference herein and form part of the overall agreement between you and 2jay.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1  Registration and use of 2jay is restricted to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law, to an extent that participation on 2jay would constitute a criminal offence;
• You are not an undischarged bankrupt;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or close family member of 2jay or any of its affiliated entities or software providers;
• You are registering for personal recreational use only, not on behalf of a third party.

3.2  2jay reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to request documentary proof of age (including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or government-issued photo identity document) from any Member. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the stipulated timeframe may result in immediate suspension of the Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.3  Where 2jay has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member is under 21 years of age, all gameplay will be suspended and all funds deposited will be withheld pending age verification. If a Member is confirmed to be under 21, any winnings accumulated shall be void and deposits made while underage shall be returned in full at 2jay's sole discretion, less any applicable processing fees.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1  Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only on 2jay. The creation of duplicate, secondary or additional accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

4.2  During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. 2jay relies on this information to process KYC, manage your Account and comply with its regulatory obligations. You must promptly notify 2jay of any material changes to your registered details.

4.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another Member's Account credentials.

4.4  2jay will never contact you by telephone, SMS or email requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from 2jay that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 2jay support immediately.

4.5  Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 2jay of any suspected unauthorised access. 2jay shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

4.6  Members who complete the full KYC process (submission and approval of identity and address documentation) will have withdrawal limits increased and may access higher-value promotional tiers. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal from a 2jay Account can be processed.

5 Deposits & Payment Processing

5.1  2jay accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at 2jay's sole discretion.

5.2  The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Member verification tier.

5.3  Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds via a payment method that belongs to another individual, whether or not that individual has consented, is strictly prohibited.

5.4  2jay does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees or currency conversion charges independently of 2jay. 2jay is not responsible for fees levied by external payment service providers.

5.5  2jay reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1  Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name, matching the information provided during 2jay registration. Third-party withdrawals are strictly forbidden.

6.2  The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. 2jay targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within eight (8) minutes of approval, though actual timing may vary depending on network conditions and verification status.

6.3  Withdrawal requests will be processed only after full KYC verification has been completed and approved. Members who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is satisfied.

6.4  Where a Member has deposited via multiple payment methods, 2jay may require the withdrawal to be routed back to the original deposit method up to the amount deposited via that method, before permitting withdrawal to an alternative payment method.

6.5  2jay reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect account compromise, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a potential AML concern. In such instances, 2jay will notify the Member and may request additional documentation.

6.6  Any Bonus Funds in your Wallet are not withdrawable and do not count towards your withdrawable balance until all associated Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Only the Real Money balance remaining after Wagering Requirements are satisfied may be withdrawn.

7 Bonuses, Free Spins & Promotional Offers

7.1  2jay offers various promotional incentives to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and Wagering Requirements, which are published alongside each individual offer.

7.2  Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible Member per promotional period;
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before becoming withdrawable;
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements — live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) relative to slot games (typically 100%);
• Bonuses expire if Wagering Requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from crediting);
• 2jay reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and for any reason.

7.3  Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other Members to circumvent promotional restrictions — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.4  2jay is not obligated to offer any bonus to any Member and reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional terms without notice, subject to any obligations under active individual promotions already claimed by Members.

8 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

8.1  All casino games on 2jay use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and verified to produce fair, statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments with full video streaming oversight.

8.2  In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a game round, 2jay will attempt to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible and the outcome is uncertain, stakes will be returned to the Member's Wallet. 2jay's decision in such matters is final.

8.3  Game results displayed on the Platform are the definitive record of gameplay outcomes. In any dispute between a Member's local device record and the 2jay server log, the server log shall prevail.

8.4  2jay publishes average Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games. These percentages represent long-run statistical expectations and do not constitute a guarantee of individual results for any particular session.

8.5  Sports betting markets and odds are compiled in good faith. 2jay reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds where the error was clearly manifest, or to settle bets under alternative rules where an event is cancelled, suspended or concluded under materially different conditions from those anticipated at the time betting markets were opened.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2jay and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts or other software to interact with games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered by 2jay;
• Using a VPN, proxy server or any other technology to disguise your actual geographical location;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening or discriminatory toward 2jay staff or other Members.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1  All content on the 2jay Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game mechanics, odds compilation methodologies and the 2jay brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2jay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

10.2  Members are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No Member may reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works based on any 2jay content without prior written consent from 2jay.

10.3  The 2jay name, logo and branding are trademarks of 2jay. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media accounts or marketing materials — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1  The 2jay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 2jay makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, 2jay does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, continuously available or free from technical faults.

11.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jay's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2jay Account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11.3  2jay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or reputational harm, arising from your use of the Platform.

11.4  2jay shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, internet service provider outages, power failures or third-party payment processor failures.

12 Responsible Gaming Obligations

12.1  2jay is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Members. We operate strict responsible gaming policies and provide Members with self-management tools accessible at all times through their Account settings dashboard.

12.2  Available responsible gaming controls on 2jay include: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion for a defined period) and permanent self-exclusion.

12.3  If you choose to permanently self-exclude from 2jay, your Account will be immediately closed and you will be prevented from re-registering on the Platform. Any Real Money balance will be refunded to your verified payment account. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

12.4  Members who are experiencing problem gambling behaviours are encouraged to reach out to 2jay support for immediate assistance. 2jay support agents are trained to facilitate responsible gaming interventions and can activate cooling-off or self-exclusion on your behalf if requested.

12.5  The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gaming should never be used as a mechanism to generate income, to recover financial losses, or to resolve financial difficulties. If you feel that your gaming behaviour has become compulsive or problematic, please make use of the tools available in your 2jay Account or contact our support team immediately.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1  2jay reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, regulatory instruction or the withdrawal of 2jay's services from a particular market.

13.2  In the event of suspension or closure due to breach of these Terms, any Real Money balance and accumulated Bonus Funds remaining in the Account may be forfeited by 2jay. Where suspension is investigatory in nature, funds will be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

13.3  A Member may choose to close their own Account at any time by contacting 2jay support. Any Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC requirements having been satisfied.

13.4  Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations of either party that accrued prior to the date of termination.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jay holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2  In the event of a dispute between a Member and 2jay, the Member must first submit a formal complaint to 2jay's Customer Support team. 2jay undertakes to acknowledge receipt of complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

14.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through 2jay's internal complaints process, the Member may escalate the complaint to 2jay's licencing regulatory authority. Contact details for the relevant regulatory body are available within the Member's Account settings panel.

14.4  Nothing in this clause shall prevent 2jay from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm to its business or intellectual property.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1  2jay reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 2jay will endeavour to provide registered Members with advance notification of material changes via email or in-Platform notification where practicable.

15.2  Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact 2jay to close your Account.

15.3  These Terms supersede all previous versions of the 2jay Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document published by 2jay, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
